Founded in 2001, the BOMA Minnesota coalition was created to strengthen the voice of the commercial real estate industry at the Minnesota State Capitol.

Mission Statement: To enhance BOMA’s effectiveness at the Minnesota Legislature and regulatory agencies by communicating with a united voice on issues, and by the development of a statewide grassroots network of industry professionals to advance legislative objectives.

BOMA Minnesota is comprised of delegates from Greater Saint Paul BOMA, BOMA Greater Minneapolis, BOMA Duluth, and representatives from cities around the state, including Mankato and Rochester. The coalition meets each year in the fall to discuss the outlook for the upcoming legislative session. During this meeting, BOMA Minnesota drafts a legislative agenda to identify priorities to guide advocacy efforts for the following year.
