About the event: 
Jessica Rosenberg (pictured above) will be leading sessions of Chair Yoga starting on Friday October 16. Many of us don't pay much attention to yoga, but there are tremendous health benefits which include increased mobility, strength, and flexibility. Think of all the things you can do with improvement in those areas! 
The best part? This is not an epic workout where you have to spend hours sweating and pushing yourself to feel the difference in your body. All it takes is a few simple stretches in under an hour. But don't depend on our word, take it from the expert herself:

About your instructor: 

Wellness innovator, speaker, and author, Jes Rosenberg is a nationally recognized mind-body educator whose mission is to guide others be resilient and thrive. In her more than 32+ years of a personal yoga practice and over 20-years of teaching experience, she’s helped countless students live more inspired, stress–free lives.

She is the creator of Strong Spirits Mindfulness & Movement Chair Yoga program, researched and validated by the University of Minnesota's Earl E. Bakken Center for Spirituality & Healing, and The Adventures of Super Stretch Kids Yoga program. Beyond teaching, she brings mindfulness, breath work and yoga practice to senior care centers, public schools and underserved populations.

Her award-winning health and wellness app for kids, Super Stretch Yoga, and has been recognized in numerous national and international publications including The Essential Guide to Yoga, The Wall Street Journal, and Yoga Journal.

What you should do to prepare for the session:
