Over the past four months there have been several incidents of civil unrest in the Twin Cities that has resulted in extensive property damage.  When will the next outbreak occur?  Is your building prepared?  How can you reduce the risk to your property?

Michael Rozin, the founder of Rozin Security, is an expert on risk assessments.  He conducted a study on downtown St. Paul's security in 2019, which resulted in the decision to create the fusion center.  He will once again help buildings prepare for potential upcoming civil unrest.  During this seminar he will discuss:

  • Threat modeling for 2020 elections and implications on commercial real estate
  • Preparedness and planning for possible security implications
  • Effective security risk management strategies for civil unrest situations
  • Best practices for predictable crime modus operandi
  • Updating response plans
